Covid-19 Guidance

Rapture Hair Salon reserves the right to refuse service for any reason if we feel safety is a concern for you or anyone else. If you are not feeling well or live with anyone who is COVID-19 positive, please cancel your appointment and reschedule.

  • Please come alone as we have no seating area for a child or a friend.
  • Unfortunately we are unable to serve any beverages, including water, so please plan accordingly.
  • No walk in services
  • No waxing services

Sanitation/Safety Procedures

Social distance guidelines are being followed. We have complied with all the requirements the state had mandated. In addition, we have hired two new team members who will be working daily to ensure constant sanitation practices. We have created a log to track hourly cleaning/sanitation of all common use areas when able. We are trying to limit the amount of people in the salon to only 10 people at one time. We have added hours and cut the number of stylists on at one time to make this achievable. The stylist will be wearing masks, gloves, aprons and glasses or safety goggles. You will also need to wear a mask and will be asked to use our handwashing station upon arrival into salon.

Arrival Procedures

There will be seating outside for you to enjoy, so please wait there until your stylist greets you, does a temperature check, and brings you into the salon. In inclement weather, please enter salon at your appointment time (no earlier) to check in and then go back and wait in your car until your stylist comes to bring you into salon.

Payments/Pricing

We will not have a receptionist and are strongly encouraging paperless payment via credit card. Your stylist will be closing your service with you so please be very mindful they are on an unforgiving schedule. In an effort to support a timely transaction, please observe the cost of your service in your confirmation email. If cash is your choice, please bring denomination consistent with the total cost of your service.

We have not gone up on prices. If you observe your service cost is higher it is due to the enforcement of current salon pricing. The same prices we have had for the past two years. If you have any questions regarding pricing, please call the salon prior to your appointment to discuss. The stylist is responsible to uphold salon pricing.

We are very excited to get back to the rewarding work of making you look and feel better. These changes are temporary and we will ease back into a more intimate experience as soon as it is safe for us all. We want to thank all of you for your loyalty, support, and patience.
